The satisfaction of the customs takes the centre stage of the Monolith UK. To make its services even more better, Monolith UK has asked its customers to evaluate the company in terms of customer service, delivery and product quality and brand awareness.
Monolith UK also wanted to know, how the company is seen in comparison to its competition in terms of price-performance ratio, terms of delivery, quality and customer service. Here, the customer decided that Monolith UK performs better than the competition. The survey also revealed, that 99% of arrangements between the customer and his contact are met to the satisfaction of the customer. The Communication between Monolith UK and its customs was rated as “very good”. Finally, customers were asked if they would recommend Monolith UK to other interested parties. 98% of the participants could answer the question positively. A total of 106 customers participated in the survey.
In this way Monolith UK wants to thank every client, who participated in the survey and helped the company to ensure the satisfaction of all customers.
