Position Overview

Are you passionate about sales and interested in working with some of the largest Eastern European food and beverage brands? We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Representative to join our friendly, multi-national team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and engaging new customers over the phone, promoting our latest offers and deals. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth in a rapidly expanding company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell a broad range of food and beverage products, promoting company offers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with Store Managers to optimise sales
  • Conduct market research and collect customer feedback
  • Evaluate store performance and prepare sales reports
  • Process orders and ensure excellent customer service
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.

 
Telesales Representative Skills and Qualifications:

A successful Telesales Representative will have various prerequisite skills and qualifications that include:

  • Experience with measuring and analysing key performance indicators
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Russian and English languages

What we’re looking for: 

  • Experience in sales/telesales (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse data and improve sales performance
  • Organised with problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Russian and English (both written and verbal)
