Position Overview

Are you interested in working with some of the Eastern European largest food and beverage brands? We’re on the lookout for a result driven office based Regional Sales Manager. You will look after your own geographical sales territory and take responsibility for managing volume, distribution, fixture visibility and promotional activity in store.

Regional Sales Manager Duties:

A Regional Sales Managers is responsible for researching their target market, analysing sales data and building relationships with customers across a geographic region. You are expected to develop and implement sales strategies, manage a sale process, improve customer satisfaction and ensure that an organisation achieve sales targets. 


Regional Manager Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategies to promote the company’s products
  • Hiring, training and motivating sales teams
  • Establishing sales goals for the region and communicating these to the marketing and sales teams
  • Collaborating with Store Managers to identify their needs and improve results
  • Performing market research and collecting customer feedback to improve customer satisfaction
  • Evaluating store performances, compiling sales reports and submitting them to senior management
  • Maintaining Agent’s staff and collaborating with HR in staff management processes
  • Additionally you will be responsible for overseeing the training of Agents, and assisting them in the region s/he is responsible for.

 
Regional Manager Skills and Qualifications:

A successful Regional Sales Manager will have various prerequisite skills and qualifications that include:

  • Experience with measuring and analysing key performance indicators
  • Leadership and motivational skills to manage the team of Sales Representatives
  • Outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management tools
  • Ability to work with data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Russian and English languages

We’re on the lookout for a result-driven Field  Sales Representative with a sense of passion and pride to join our UK Sales Team. You will look after your own geographical sales territory and take responsibility for managing volume, distribution, fixture visibility and promotional activity in-store. Whilst you’ll be joining an established, supportive team, you’ll be working independently for most of the time so you’ll need to be self-motivated with great time management skills. You’ll be provided with all the sales tools and support you’ll need. Sales Representative Duties:

A Sales Representative is the first point of contact with customers to recommend products or services and persuades customers to buy them. Their duties include explaining the benefits of products and services, helping customers find a product that meets their needs and providing after-sales support to ensure long-lasting relationships.


Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with new customer registration
  • Daily visits to existing and new customers to explain the advantages of buying the company’s products and taking the orders
  • Collaborating with Store Managers to identify their needs and improve results
  • Assisting customers before and after a sale
  • Delivering presentations for persuading customers to buy new products
  • Processing merchandising
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns
  • Handling customer returns, price changes and discounts
  • Achieving sales goals
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers
  • Attending training
  • Collecting customer’s feedback and data.
