As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Buyer to join our team and play a vital role in enhancing our purchasing processes. Our office is based in Dagenham (East London).

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated Buyer to support our Head of Purchasing Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market analysis and produce comprehensive reports to guide procurement decisions.
• Collaborate with the Head of Procurement to research and evaluate supplier performance, pricing, and market trends.
• Communicating with vendors, customs, and other authorities.
• Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier agreements, market insights, and procurement activities.
• Support the development of procurement strategies that align with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for problem-solving.
